Dont get me wrong… There is nothing wrong with the concept of the car.
BUT busness wise GM really needs to pull itself out from a ditch instead of working on pet projects. Spending resources on a similar concept based on a concept that did not do too well (GTO) when GM is in financial trouble is very stupid.
Using the same formula they used in the 1960’s WILL NOT work in 2006. In the 1960’s the american auto maker was king. They had the resources to do what they pleased. And they came out with some awesome cars back then.
However this is no longer the case. The american automaker is no longer king… they are seeing red and thier focus should be on the production of what works until they can put some capital away for the production of truely awesome cars in the future not just hodged up sedans.
