What happened with GM yesterday?

Opening bell rang and they shot straight up.
all these companys selling and downsizing was bound to happen you cant post gains forever theres allways gonna be a time when you tapped your market and level out and at that point you have to downsize or outsource to post a profit. problem with that is quality goes down and you lose customers then have to cost cut even more then when sales fall the process starts over.
