Ive never been to a drag strip before. is there anything i should know before going. What should i wear (i think i read once that you have to wear pants) anything else i should know.
well your not going to run fast enough for a cage and fire suit…so you are safe
yeah, you must have pants, as well as a dildo epoxied to your forehead.
Long pants and closed shoes (no sandles). Take all of the extra crap out of your car, too.
I’m planning on being there tomorrow night too. I ran a 14.0@100 in terrible conditions friday at Cecil County, so I’m hoping for high 13s at PRP. That was the first time I had ever been to the track. It’s definately a different kind of driving experience.
take out your spare tire and jack. if you want change your fuel filter too lord knows the last time it was changed. is it a difference prolly not but at least you gota new filter
:greddy: :gives:
i do have my battery in the trunk. do you think that will pose a problem?
Yes, it will. It needs to be in a battery box that is vented to the outside of the car. (I believe) You might get away with it purely from the fact that they might not open your hood or trunk.
 :bowrofl:
whats so funny?
x2
as long as the weather holds up o plan on going tomorow
as long as the weather holds up o plan on going tomorow, last time i went i wore shorts and a t-shirt, and i was running around mid 13’s. never anything to me about that, just needed a helmet.
so you can wear shorts?
buggle boy only
:bluez28:
wrong!!!but u must have a kill switch in the back!!!
no
oh well…knew it was something like that.
Why do you have the battery in the back of your Grand Am by the way??
So i have to have a kill switch for my battery box?
I have it for when i put in my bigger intake manifold. The new intake manifolds TB will come really close to the battery so i just moved it to the trunk for more room.
