I found a tenant for my house and I want to do do a credit/background check.

What are some good sites to use that are relatively inexpensive.

I use ACheckamerica, you can buy things a la carte to make it cheap

TransUnion Smartmove.

Make the tenant pay them directly, and transunion handles the sensitive information, and sends you a full report.

They pay $30 or something. Criminal and Credit.
