Ok…so here’s what’s going on. I was talking about getting a 2000 F-250 but instead I ended up getting a '95 F-250. I saved a little money and I like the body style a little better too. It has the 7.3L Turbo Diesel and is 4WD. Im going to transfer over my subwoofers from my 'stang and put in the cd player. That’s all I got for now. Im looking to have about 8-10" of suspension lift and 3" body done within the new couple months. What size tires should i go with and what brand of tire would you guys recommend getting. I haven’t had a truck in a while and can’t really remember what’s good. I was looking around and found some big military tires. They were like 42’s or something like that. Would that be a good idea or would you rec. something different. I was also wondering what I should do with the turbo. Should I leave it stock or bump it up some? If so what should I get? I have never owned a diesel and I was wondering if there was anything else I should do. Im just going to start off with little things for now like the cd player, speakers, and some chicken lights. Im going to go with the suspension some time this winter and then hopefully some bigger things but not really sure what they will be. Give me some ideas. I expecially want to get some work done on the motor but like i said…I’ve never owned a diesel and dont really know what to do. I bought the truck and I’m going to erie to get it on wednesday and I will post pics of it on Thursday so you guys can see it!
If you do 8-10 sl and 3 bl, you could conceivably get 38" to maybe even 44" tires under that. And it would be bad ass. Good luck, post some pics.
theres a guy on here it hink his name is xtremefords or somthing like that, has a nice setup on his f250 and might be able to give you some advice, i think he only has around 10" of total lift and the truck is HUGE
sounds like a nice truck. Now please sell, shoot, or blow up your mustang thank you
