I miss the BF on altamont ave in schenectady when it was leons center. Me and my dad both worked out there for 3-4 years before it went to PF. Even during the initial switch to the PF franchise it wasn’t that bad at all. Then they took out the 50lb dumbells, then one of the kids that worked there told my dad he couldn’t wear a do-rag, but its fine to wear a backwards hat. My dad cancelled on the spot and went to BF.

Thats the same place I was going to, Dave Leon still owns it. Hes the one that had a fit over me using chalk while deadlifting. I didnt even make a mess with it.

The DBs only went to 80s.
