Hopefully, if things were done right, you should not be able to post a new thread in the group buy section any longer.
Active group buys may continue.
WHY?
We have added some new vendors this year and many others are renewing their agreements on SON240sx for 2008.
The funds generated from these contributions will be put to excellent use this year for the benefit of all son240sx members.
As a consequence we will be restricting the use of the group buy section such that it does not compromise the ability of our respective vendors to generate value out of their contributions to this community.
Now What?
The group buy section will not disappear. It is an acknowledged important component of the site, but it will be restructured.
The finer details of this restructuring have not been finalized as there are many things on the go at the moment.
