Hey we’re looking at renting a shop in Clarington, it’s heated at all times and has room for about 10 bays. 220v and 3 phase power, upstairs storage with an office, and washroom.
It’s $1500 for the whole building, so far we have 4 guys interested for sure, so we’re looking at a few more for somewhere around $150-200/month. We need you to be reliable and not skip out on payments.

pics? are the bays separate? If they aren’t, how do you deal with tools, etc?
the bays are currently not separated . It looks like we can rent half the shop area of building for less money. The area is roughly 30x40 so that equates to four 20x15 bays . That would give enough room to open both doors etc. there are some poles to deal with and the ceiling height is not adequate to install a hoist. The entrance door on this side is a tight 8ft wide by 7 high. Tight but do-able. There are some cabinets which stuff could be locked in etc. one of the guys has a cherry picker , press, engine stand etc.
There is no air compressor but if everyone chipped in on one we could plum it in and everyone could use it. there is a 60 gal on sale right now at tsc for like 399 .
If we go with the partial building then we only have one spot open at a cost of around 170 month. We are looking for someone who is willing to commit to like at least a full year. picture link below . Password is orono
