The fast parts were amazingly clean too, especially for one continuous recording.

If you don’t believe that’s the actual speed he plays at, there are plenty of live videos of concerts and online lessons of his to show that… he really is that good.
The drums and orchestra were either added after he played or playing while he played…
Doesnt it say in the begining of the video something about it being spliced?
