Got this car on a trade, decided not to keep it. Car runs, is fast but is ugly to look at and unkept (interior, body) etc. Also has a hydraulic shifting issue, I bled the clutch line and replaced the master cylinder, but the problem returned a few weeks later so either the slave or line is letting in air somewhere. Trans works fine once the car is in a gear.
My opinion is that this car should go for parts to swap in to a cleaner shell, but thats me. It has quite a few goodies.

Battery relocated to trunk
lowered on racing springs
full camber kit all around
exhaust (rattles around like mad though)
What it needs:
A bit of rust on both rear wheel wells
windshield
e-brake
front bumper has a crack
rear bumper sags from exhaust pushing on it
as mentioned before the hydraulic issue
radiator is leaking a bit
Things replaced: Thermostat, clutch master cylinder, new battery, clutch
$1300 FIRM AS IS OR $1700 FIRM with rota J-Mag rims for the car with two good tires, or a car that runs and is in decent mechanical shape. Stock preferably.
