Asurion (sprints insurance company) is giving Touch Pro 2’s in place of existing Touch Pros. If it’s an insurance claim then it will cost you the normal deductible of $100 or so.
I got mine replaced under warranty for free (asurion already replaced my TP once), so it’s worth a shot to call em up and see if you can get one!

Just picked mine up. WOW so much faster than the POS previous touch. Awesome cam/speaker - love it so far with the Google Mobile app.

best phone ive ever had. hands down. amazing horse sounds awesome out of the speaker phone. hardware keyboard is awesome, and the screen is enormous.
