If they have not pressed charges yet, you are fine. Once they decide to press charges and think that they have the evidence to support these allegations then you will need a lawyer. at the same time that you are defending the criminal case, if you know blatantly that you will win; remember it is on the prosecution to prove “guilt beyond a reasonable doubt”, file a civil suit against them for defamation (i think that is the one… not sure)
