I have. And it really sucks. A lot of family guy/simpsons/etc. clips and music videos are being yanked. :confused:

When Google bought YouTube I knew it was only a matter of time. Google makes WAY too good of a lawsuit target for the MPAA/RIAA/WhoEverRegulatesTVShowCopyrightsAA. Google has the deep pockets that lawyers drool over.
