Not eating slows your metabolism, you have to eat 5-6 small meals a day if you want to speed it up.

i had to go rape my girlfriends fridge last night, dad is fucking lazy and hasnt cooked dinner or been home for dinner in like 3 days and we have no food in the damn fridge

I wish it was only stressful then. This year I am taking software engineering, and as quoted by the professor: “You’re 2 weeks behind the first day of class”, on top of working almost 30 hours a week.

It’s like chinese food. Great idea at first but then you realize you just 0wn3d yourself.
most likely you’ve got gastroenteritis, which is simply not being able to eat due to stress. best course of action is to start yourself on a clear liquid diet (no homo). I’m talking chicken broth, jello, etc. (basically anything that’s see through and liquid)
Other chance is that you’ve got an ulcer due to, once again, stress. Same course of action concerning the diet.
I would go and try the diet, the problem should go away and you should be able to tolerate whole food anywhere between 3-5 days, but take it easy when you start eating again, nothing extremely greasy and unhealthy.
You will also want to start taking a multivitamin as your getting none of the vitamins and minerals your body needs to function.
and to keep the rhythm of the question, I’ve gone 33 days without food or drink. Obviously not under my control…
