Published Aug 11, 2008
A Batavia man was arrested on his wedding day last Friday. Police say that Timothy Cole, 45, was arrested for criminal contempt after they responded to a report of a domestic dispute. After investigating, police realized the person Cole married that day had taken an order of protection out against him. By marrying this person, Cole had violated the order of protection.
Cole was held in the Genesee County Jail without bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

bahahhahaha

ok thats worse than trying to divide by zero

ummm… huh?

If she was marrying him, wouldn’t that kinda make the order of protection pointless? Who called the cops? Her?
