i drove up to huntsville from mississauga. had a nice vacation and got into stop and go traffic. i smelled coolant and saw a puff of smoke. so i pulled over immediately. popped the hood but couldnt see the leak.so right now i have a toggle swith electric fan in my 89 hatch ka24e. assumed that it was a rad hole cause i couldnt see anything.got a tow all the way back from orillia and then next day found out that my lower rad hose just fell off and i lost all my coolant. now i didnt really drive the car with no coolant. but today i put coolant in and turned it on to cycle. i walked away, came back out and there was smoke all over and blasting out of the radiator. now my car does not drive properly, smells funky and is not an enjoyable ride at all anymore.
tommorrow im going to check the plugs to see if theyre white? any other suggestions.?
Compression test that biatch. Btw, are you still on the SOHC? If yes, just drop in a DOHC and boost it with the shit you bought from me, lol.
Could just be access coolant burning off from parts or the engine bay. But if its not driving properly then I dunno.
