Would the HUD work with a non HUD windshield?
Coupe I am interested in needs a new windshield, and it has HUD…
Anyone have info on the HUD models? Is the car HICAS as well? Becuase I have never seen one with a HUD before… lol
Get a regular windshield and then put a piece of reflextive tint above the HUD.
it works fine with jsut a regular windshield.

just get a regular windshield as you wont notice the difference much …as even trying to find a used windshield will be next to impossible
Defi now sells heads up display for their cars… you could maybe find out if you can buy the reflective tape seperately
next to imposible i just got a coupe, and like any other albertian car it has the windshield cracked i dont even know its going to pass registration as this will be the first that i will register in alberta… and now you saying that is next to impossible to find a windshield and i also have that speedo on the windshield thing ohhh GREAT

Just buy a new windsheild, im getting one or $275 installed, and i also have HUD. Just do as these guys are saying and get a small piece of reflective tint on there.
Yea, normal windshield, I just tought it was pretty funny though.
I turn the HUD off anyways, too bright even after u dim it lol.
