i hate helmets…
yr or 2 ago in the probe i couldn t think straight with my full face bike helmet… in fact i hated wearing a helmet so if i ever get the car out im going to look for an open face of some sort…

I own 2 open face one. I got both of mine at bike shops and they’re Snell 2000 rated. (Had to have them for AutoX) Try going there and at least you can try them on to see what you like. I personally didn’t want a full face…but I look like I’m a cast member for CHIPS with the open face but you can see better. I only spent 69 bucks for mine too.
i have two motorcycle helemts for are quad…i wonder if they are legal for the drag strip…i will find out when i am fast i guess
Motorcycle helmets are usually acceptable for test and tunes. The helmet needs to be Snell SA 2000 not Snell M 2000 for most autocross use or road course time.
