I rotated the wheel 1/4 revolution at most. Was hard as hell to turn too
try other wheel didnt ya say suttin about a hung caliper before
Ok, I’ll check the other wheel as well
Well a VLSD works by the fluid spinning…
A VLSD has 2 plates in it… when a wheel starts to spin the plate start turning the fluid inside of the differential causing the plate connected to the other shaft to spin as well…
And Ned, both Z31 and Z32s VLSD diffs are similar internals… Both wheels should spin…
Take the transmission out of gear… it doesnt have to be in gear to know if the diff is working correctly… your basicaly trying to turn over the whole drivetrain system when its in gear :rofl
And a R200V has a sealed VLSD unit in it. Adding LSD additive won’t do anything. I have an old VLSD unit with shit gears, but the sealed part is good, you can swap the cartridge if you want.
Trans in neutral, turn one wheel, if the other goes int he same direction, you have an open diff or somehow the locking mechanism, whatever that may be is fucked, in some way.
If they both spin the same direction stfu and drive it.
benny… fix your post please
