Does anyone know of anyone in sw ontario that deals with LSx engines, namely f-bodies? I need a f body engine harness for my swap, and a few other bit. Maybe others could chime in if a freind is into f bodies or whatever.

I am assuming you are using a 4th gen F-body set up. Finding an O.E harness can be a bit of a PITA.
Like the other guy said. Try painless wiring. Their shit is amazing. If you are going carb…well, really it’s only 5 wires lol.
I do have a complete 3rd gen harness right now how ever. I will have to check if it is for a 2.8 or 5.0.
I know that I personally have a shit ton of harness’ from S-chassis (GM) if you need certain plugs. Let me know.
