i like listening to him cry over an all wheel drive car for the winter, the beretta was fine in the winter with directional snow tires. and I drove to holiday valley about 60 times last winter to go boarding… it really is modern technology with snowplows and all. they get the streets clean quick. but yet again there are those roads with like 3 inches of snow on it that you would need AWD for of course… We don’t live in Finland. We have snow for 3 months.
If you don’t like our opinions go buy your own fucking car on your own, since we obviously have no clue what we are talking about. Save your money for your summer project and quit whining because we don’t want to see you waste your money.
Well no it just seems like some people dont know how to read. I think I outlined what my question was pretty clearly at the beginning of the post. NOWHERE in it does it say ANYTHING about wanting FWD. I dont care how well FWD can work with snows, Its not an option to me. If you understood where I live and how infrequently the roads are plowed around here, you might understand a little bit better as to why I feel more comfortable in AWD.
Right now its looking like Im gonna get the E30 for the summer and the 90 for the winter.
AWDrifter:
Doing the 20vt swap was my intetion for the possible turboing option that I had mentioned up top but I was under the influence that it would be pretty damn hard to swap that motor into the B4 chasis because it never came with an I5? I thought I remember hearing that you would need to weld in all new mounts and thats a little over my fabrication ability. In doing some research, it seems like the most common swap for the B4’s is a 3.6L V8. Does this sound right or am I mislead?
fuck that get a b4 s4 20vt ftmfw
my e30 is back up for sale with a new low price
I gotta sell my car first. You should reconsider my offer that I PMed you a couple days ago:)
i need money. it seems like a good deal, but still i need cash (already have a winter beater lined up)
Ya thats what I figured. If I could sell my car I would deffinitely pick yours up. Its exactly what Im looking for. Good luck with your sale though.
