you pack yourself with all that junk thats only been around for several years and you wanna live long, who knows what that will do to you later in life. thats like the catalytic converter, they say its good for the air, but you’ll find out in your lifetime that its actually more harmful to your health than it is good.

ok quick lesson in my health plan. i dont do roids or pack myself with anything thats only been around for a few years! i eat right and use protein supplements which are just like eating a regular meal. the other supplements i take are a multivitamin and creatine! creatine has been around since the early 1900s. germans have used it for years and years! there has been numerous studies on its effect and its safe. and your for your info your body have roughly 120 grams of skeletal creatine in it naturally! so you have all the same things in your body i do!
