Hi, my name is Bob. I’ve got a boosted 77 280z that’s almost road worthy now. I bought it with no engine about 2 years ago, I’ve since put a ~80k L28e shortblock with a p90 head, 280zxt manifold, turbo, and injectors in. I’ve temporarily wired up the MS1 v3 so I can move it around the shop. The body is surprisingly rust free, the paint is shot, but there isn’t much rust.
Here it is when I got it sans engine, it still looks pretty much the same.
My other car is a 1989 v6 firebird. I’ll be putting a stockish 305tpi in after the Z is road worthy. I hit a deer with it last fall, it’s been repaired and painted since but I don’t have a pic handy.
I was on MCC’s baja team last year, so here is a pic of our car for good measure.
My temporary wiring harness looks like a 12 year old made it, a very retarded 12 year old. :lol: It’s also under about a foot of snow. Think barn…with horses. I’m just finishing insulating the car half, then I can get the Z in there and take care of some things and my dad can get started on his ls1 rx7.
