I am 1000% it is a BI Xenon kit see the motor on the end of the bulb. Also see the controller relay harness you are having now inside the plastic bag (it have to be install with the bulb to make it work bro).
I even told you dad how the Bi Xenon work and talk with him for a while about spending $$$ on cars. He is a very nice dad
