I just hit 100 intel too, but I just started training. University isnt all that great, but every little bit counts IMO. I am sitting at lvl 25 training til I hit good #s.
Guys from the gang told me to get to 25 to goto university since I’m so close, so apparently it is better…
it is, just not by a ton unless you get a lucky roll. when you’re training a TON, a little bit adds up fast.
