seen that along time ago, i forget what those are called (like the process of all that to accomplish something) Some guy invented that in the 40s if i remember, and they have conventions from anything to 10 steps to turning on a light bulb to 100 to get toothpaste out of a tube of toothpaste.

only thing I can think of is that there or severly heavy weights at the top of the wheel. Then they are balance right before they would tip foward but require very little pressure to tip. only reason I say that is because once the roll over if you watch carfully you can see them settle in one place.
