I pay more … by no means is that bragging, i hate it and look everyday for better/cheaper/more spacious areas. (mines also 1br/1ba ~700sq ft)
i worked at west herr, and i know the sales manager personally, he was pretty well off, but he was also working there for 5+ years, had a good college education, related to his job, and had also worked at other dealerships
and i know for a fact he was not making 75k. and west herr is A LOT bigger
^ yeah, my buddy is well off
He started at Paddock 6 years ago when we got out of school. He doesn’t have a degree but was a natural salesman, so he moved up fast.
i am so glad you typed this, now i dont have to
this board was better off without illero. :spank:
Why all the hate???
really. it doesnt matter what he does, how he gets his money, who he blows, whatever.
im by no means sticking up for him, but at the same time, what the fuck does it matter?
its his money, let him make his own mistakes with it.
In a few years the school district will mean everything (if you plan on kids)
You really cant compare Lockport schools w/ Williamsville schools you want to be in #1 or #2,345?
besides theres something in the water in Niagara County. Car insurance is more in Niagara County also (They are in the top 5 statewide for dwi)
That makes me feel much better hahahaha. Is your at least nice? Mine is meh at best but i love the neighborhood and building.
It’s alright, I wouldn’t say amazing or anything but nice on a scale of 1-10 I’d say a 7. Location is prime for my needs, but def been looking like 30 miles away at houses.
Yea I lived in the burbs about 30 miles out and had a nice townhome for $1600 2 bed 1 bath but it was really nice. I just had to live in the city and I love my place so much now. 100% location though as it is just perfect and seattle is a walking friendly city so I can walk anywhere usually which I like.
LOL at hourly i am just jealous cause I am salaried but typically work 55-60 hours a week often.
Kids fucking suck, they’re expensive and they smell bad.
Yeah, but they are the reason why you spend upwards of $3400 a month in rent to send them to a good school
… which is what I’m banking on!
lol. My favorite are the parents who struggle in Clarence so their kids can get an “education” there… and then their kids struggle through out school because they don’t have enough money to fit in. haha.
School is all in what you make of it.
The amount of coke in Clarence high school is what sets it apart from other local high schools :picard:
many people find him immature and generally annoying. i am one of them.
you are absolutely right. i dont care how much he makes, where he gets it from, who he blows. whatever. he is very much like people that update their status every time they fart on facebook.
his threads generally suck, and his condescending tone is just laced with complete ignorance. at least, that is the way he presents himself online.
also for FWIW, just because the house is newer does not mean it is better… at all. some of the new build cookie cutter houses are extremely shitty. my house was built in 1927, aside from the electrical system the construction is solid as fuck.
edit: i also find it comical that viper is bashing someone for grandstanding… the irony is PALPABLE.
:jerkoff:
Couldn’t agree more. My house was built in the early 1950’s. All my walls are double layered drywall (which turned out to be a bitch when I had to rip it out in my bathroom this summer), everything is actual plywood, everything is cross braced. I’ve seen some pretty shotty construction on some newer homes.
my house was built in 1920 :word:
virgin timber ftw.
