He would like to wrap this up by end of the summer and I don’t think he would have left something like that to bite him in the ass. I think all he really needs is a commitment to get the next step started. Responding to him later tonight to see how serious he is about working with me. I think I’ll know all I need to by tomorrow.

i hate that this house is in the $150k range… it would be 3 to 5 times more expensive than that near me.
