Any one recommend a transmission shop who specializes in Honda automatic transmissions?
What about someone who can do a automatic to a 5 speed swap?

Swapping to 5spd is super easy…arguably easier than splitting open an auto trans. Manual honda trannys are very simple, the automatic’s are not…and most people (shops will) aren’t going to have the proper tools for clearancing the automatic internals.
