You don’t need to covert that PCV plug into a drain back. The two fittings you purchased do that already. I run that setup…

The lines that run to the block will vent to the catch can ONLY under crankcase positive pressure. When the crankcase pressure returns to zero the lines reverse and drain back into the oil galleys. Just make sure, since you’re building a can, is to make the ports connecting to those lines as low as possible so they drain freely.

It’s not going to hurt, but it isn’t going to help either. If you are blowing enough oil out to necessitate three drain backs, your motor is garbage. All three lines will be vents under pressure anyway, so why add yet another line and fittings, when you spent all that time shaving everything that isn’t required?
