Honda turbo setup

I’m honestly not sure what family engine this is for, a friend told me it looked like it was for a D series. The turbo is either rebuilt or brand new, there is NO carbon on the exhaust side and the cold side looks brand new as well. The manifold has never been run either, just some small scratches from being around forever.

do you know the specs on the turbo?

It’s a mitsubishi te04h

There are 2 numbers on the compressor housing:
4448992
8372039

I think I looked it up a while ago and found it was a 14t compressor, I think it’s good to around 200whp.
