Quality parts are nice. I don’t mind spending cash on parts that I know will last, but at the same time I’m not going to break the bank in order to purchase said parts.
“Build” is subjective, in this instance.
“Building” a car to how you feel you want it. Not necessarily “building” it in the sense of structurally and dynamically changing it.
You could build a computer, but all you’re really doing it modifying a case.
