This thread reminds me of myself when I was 17, and got my first vtec Honda. CAI=vtec noises=best mechanic ever.

The comments on Evans build here is exactly why when you bring up “nyspeed” to people, people just roll their eyes. For people like myself who have been on here for the last 5 years, I have seen this site become nothing more then a place to bu and sell cars/ parts. At least Evan is working on his car and turning wrenches. Hell, it’s even giving me something to read honda related. Unless you sink 50k plus in a car on here, it’s shit. Is that the mentality you want as a website? Evan keep up the good work and have fun with what your doing. It’s nice seeing it come together!!

I suppose one could argue the whole “build thread” thing, but who cares when it comes down to it this is a project journal. There haven’t been a lot of updates but he was waiting for parts. Keep it going.

There 17" they are not bad, but they sure are not my style, they also have brand new directional tires. I might change them out if I don’t like the way they look when it’s slammed.
