looking to have the blower under hood. I was looking for cowl hood, and seend that they make a 6", 7", and 9" I wanted to try to get away with a 6", but I cant seem to see the measurements and where to take them…
9" to big, if that the case ill just cut a hole in a stock hood.
Also ever hear of lowering the motor, guy from harowood that could be a possibility I have never seen this done though.
What size motor?
you can lower a motor but takes a lot of work. easiest would prob just to use motor plates and set it where you want. but mot worth it IMO
SBC, im stuck cause i dont think a 6" cowl will work, and I wanna drive it but I dont want the headache of the cops pulling me over because of it sticking out of the hood…
Its that or redo the setup, block mount centrif blower with a normal intake and carb… But i dont know how much different in power or changes with be made for my setup to stay the same.
