I can’t imagine that someone who would do that didn’t have some sort of track record of putting animals in microwaves or something…
and after the kid dies, the foster dad burned his body and dumped it into the river…send his ass to be beheaded in Iraq!!!
Too easy. Send him to jail, give all the inmates a copy of his story that he left a handicapped child to die, then have all the guards turn their backs during shower time.
