In picture 22 you will notice there are windows to the right, they are removeable and are installed during winter to prevent the weather from getting into the bar area.

It’s my dad’s house lol, yes we did all of the work ourselves minus laying the roof. Wish i had pictures of what it looked like before. it was extremely outdated and you wouldn’t even know it was the same house. I think it was appraised at 985ish
I can not trace it completely but the sale amount matches. Did he buy it from Rich and Judy Miller? I will forward along to his kids to see if they are interested (all pretty successful)
I honestly have no idea, i am pretty sure they didn’t buy it in 1995 because i would have been 5 at the time, and i know for a fact i was older than that
I will stop clogging up the thread but Charles and Suzanne Yale bought it from the Millers in 95’ assuming that I am still considering the correct property. Everything from the records I am looking at seem to match Zillow so I think that I may be right.
Either way, good luck with the sale. This is about 3x my budget so I am completely out!
Yes lol we perform all the same quality of work on every remodel that we do, we are also re-doing the owner of the kicthen/bath store we use so i think it shows a the trust he has in us to do his own home. If you’re interested you can PM me, i’ll be there personally but the work would have to go through our company. We have some “down time” where we are flexible with our schedule right now

I think the taxes are pretty reasonable, i think we pay 5-6k on our house in west seneca , that sucks for you lol
how would you do a trade for a home lol? Not that i know of, mostly looking to sell outright. If it is sold, my dads boat could probably be worked into the deal for a price though
