This is a great house, good location. This house was bought back in 03 with a plan to live in it for five years. Our new home will begin construction in August/ September. We do not need to sell this house to afford our new house, but if someone would like to take advantage of the market and buy it now we would rent out another place.

The bad, It will need a new roof in two years, if you have more then 3 people in your family it is tight for space. it has a one car drive way(if you have more then one car or truck you have to swtich back an forth)
cheektowaga near the 33, on the good side,
yes, i would have sold it to you but then we would have had to live on the street for more then a year.
yes, i have had a bunch of people drive by and call and look in. I turned down some offers before we knew when our house was going to be built. it really is a great house. the house acrossed the street was just flipped for 85k, my price will not drop that much b/c i bought it for 79k put 15k into it (b/c i wanted to and the wife made me…)
would you mind explaining some of those discounts?
what is the appraised value?
we have been looking at similar houses in the area that were appraised around 60-65k, and the estimated taxes were 3-4.5k!
