what is the appraised value?
we have been looking at similar houses in the area that were appraised around 60-65k, and the estimated taxes were 3-4.5k!

if you are in the maryvale or cleve hill districts it will be pretty much 3k on the nose. then you will get between 400 and 800 back with star.

unless you are wicked poor, or older than awdrifter you probably won’t get any other discounts
