I typically tell people to look at the school districts, you can usually tell what kind of people make up an area by the schools. A good site to compare schools is www.schoolmatters.com

Thanks! I will definitely keep this in mind when they ask me for suggestions. They had toyed around with the idea of building instead of buying, but I don’t think any thing was ever decided on that one.
