How big is the indoor track at Alumni?

i can make it 2 laps around the indoor track and im beat to shit :frowning:

and im not fat at all… i hate running tho! :slight_smile:

I used to hate running. Now if I don’t do it I feel like crap.

I’m the same way… but i like to play basketball or raquetball or anything else to get cardio so i don’t have to run lol

anything that works up a sweat or i feel like shit too.

1/2 mile, bunch of pushups and situps, then another mile, then more pushups and situps.

Thank God I’m going out for beers in an hour. I’m really dehydrated. :lol:
