How do I set my PSP up to play ISOs?

I have read toooo many guides and followed tooooo many guides to even think about going through another shitty site.

So I figured someone on here has got a decent idea of how it’s done, easily.

I bought my girl a PSP a few months ago, it’s a 3.90 firmware. I have an ISO of a game. How do I get it to work? Downgrade? Emulate?
