how do you measure "fast"

man that’s a tough one. i’d say on the street fast is anything < high 12s although that lowers every year. if you ask me that’s damn near good enough to take most anything you see typically

i would consider my car quick, but it’s far from fast

edit - after reading some of the other posts i’ve gotta say we don’t have what appears to be a lot of 10 sec street cars running around here. infact i can’t remember the last time i saw a car that made me say damn i bet that things fast. you have your stock civics with nascar drivers and some 130 in third mustang GTs that own the turf around here

I consider my truck quick … especially for what it is, the size, etc. 580hp/1187ft lbs (currently 0hp/0ftlbs though)

My point is it all depends on what it is … To me personally … 13’s and lower are quick on the street and plenty enough to have fun in (or break shit)
