how to remove the pcv valve?

i can’t seem to find my pcv valve is located on my 92 ka
does anyone have a diagram of it?

look for the FSM (factory service manual) there are plenty of links, even a sticky in this section with them listed out for you. get that and you’ll have all the diagrams you’ll ever need.

the pcv valve is located on the valve cover, it’s attached to the vacuum line that runs back into your intake snorkel. it’s got an I.D. of about 3/4".

but I’m puzzled… why would you want to remove it?

to replace it because its probably gunked up, also check your lines goin to it or just change them. PCV valve is in the most retarded place. I did it from under my car but Ive heard you can do it from the top. Theres limited space to turn it, i had to buy a midget i think it was 14mm wrench. Biggest pain in the ass to change, I was swearing the whole time i did it. goodluck.

this might help, i just read abit and they did it from the top whoever posted it
