How would you go about fixing this?

So awhile back, my right V-Form blade split where the boot meets the sole. For those who are familiar with roller hockey/this company, V-Form is no longer around, so its not as easy as buying a new pair.

We have thrown around a few ideas, I am curious to see what NYspeed can come up with :grouphug:

Eh junk. You could try some super glue or epoxy or something. Everytime I’ve ever ripped a sole, I just end up getting new skates.

Come to think of it, I did glue a pair once. It held for like a game and a half.

take it to a shoe repair guy, else, can them

JBWeld it.

kidding.
I would sew it back tbh.
Sew that seam back up with some heavier thread, then fix it down to the white thinger.
I’m not sure what it’s made out of, but ill assume polyurethane or something similar… Soooo drilling small holes may be needed.

Interesting, well I do have a different pair of blades I have been using, but the V-Form is a sweet skate, would like to try and repair.

I work next to a shoe repair so I am going to give that a shot, never thought of it.
