D-Max has no official site from what i’ve seen. Its hard to find information other than what dealers who stock the parts now and people who’ve done the setup. I haven’t had a reply back from NICO/zilvia and so far I’ve only heard of them on S13/S14.
Oh and you cant deny the bandwagon history of coilovers. Regardless, D-Max seem well engineered and the fact that they are popular isn’t based on their introduction to the drift scene or their color scheme but their performance and heritage (D-max makes decent parts)
Thanks bro. Appreciate it. Can’t wait to get my S15 in that line up too.

Which in turn is why I said I will let Mike attest to this. As I do not know half as much about coils as he does. To me, you get what you pay for. Clearly do research. Fuck the colours. Like honestly.
These coils are the most intense green you’ve ever seen. It’s actually because they are radioactive.
They are constructed from leftover nuclear material from Chernobyl, hence their superior world-beating damping characteristics.
You definitely cannot beat ride and handling characteristics that are the product of a nuclear fallout. Believe me.
D-Max has nothing on these puppies.
The coils were originally designed to be adjustable 675 ways but then we realized the nuclear reaction would be way too powerful and our lawyers told us to tone it down. So we compromised and gave the coils 15 step adjustability for compression and rebound damping together.
Every HSD item we promote is ride height adjustable separately from preload.
S12 rear coils are still being designed; for the front you’d have to do an S13 conversion.
Do they come with a cancer warranty? Will they fit on my Civic?
Lower the front and raise the rear, to make it look staggered.
So D-Max wont fit the S12 fronts than either? Whats the S13 Front/Rear spring rates? Will S12 be same? Do you have a ballpark figure of when the S12 coilovers may be ready?
I’ve got many further questions but they’re irrelevant and you probably wont answer them.
lol, no. Sourcing for parts is going to be difficult. The S12 will need an S13 front suspension swap, an engine swap because sourcing for CA parts will be a bitch and I doubt I’ll find one with low mileage. Im not very mechanically inclined nor experienced in this area so doing all the swapping myself… well its likely going to be problematic on a large scale as I dont even have a place to do that kind of work on my car right now. 3 vehicles are inside the garage and 3 are on our slanted driveway. Also debating on whether I want a solid axle or IRS setup. I know I can have a shop do it but than this wont be very cost effective especially in comparison to a 240sx and I won’t get my jollys unless im working on it myself.
Psh everyone else brought me offtopic and kept the thread offtopic <.<
besides, the S13 fronts will be needed regardless. I just came in for info and comparison, I dont know how my little dilemma (clearly not mental anguish) had become so focused on by the other members. Dont blame me you all chimed in without being asked to. :]
