:word: I have never had any issues with that. Flickr, photobucket, imageshack ext. and my panorama shots are usually 20+mb files even in JPG form.
start the upload and walk away. that’s what i do.
You have an image canvas size limit on Flickr unless you pay to upgrade to pro.
HaHa IDK what kind of crazy files are coming off that XTI, but I shoot in RAW and full res. (4288x2663) JPG conversion in LR takes MABYE 3-4 MB off the file. I still end up uploading 10-15 MB files every time, and it doesn’t take that long maybe a minute per file, if that. Just for comparison
Really ? its been a while. But i dont recall ever getting hung up on that before I went with the pro account.
only things not included in a free account:
“Unlimited uploads and storage
Unlimited sets and collections
Access to your original files
Stats on your account
Ad-free browsing and sharing
HD playback for high-definition video uploads NEW”
i dont see an image canvas size limit anywhere
There is, because I’m on it. It compresses your original down to 1024 x 683, you can only view the original uncompressed picture with pro.
They may have changed it, I really do need to get off my ass and upgrade to pro though.
I believe its “access to the original file” You can get the large size but not the original, not that it really matters, as you would certainly not be posting that anywhere.
