well, if you’re anywhere close to a 20-25 mile radius of that new mall, I bet your prop value will sky rocket in about 5 years, once they tear down everything in the vicinity, and begin to rebuild… ala robinson and waterfront.

Mills corporate is well known for doing urban renewal around it’s shopping plazas

i live about 20miles from it as is they’re building the industrial park out here…where i’m looking at property is another 15 miles or so out in the country…will be a long time before that’s developed.
