I need a house/living space

I need to rent a house or sometime of living space for approx. 20+ people.
Its for a going away party for a few friends moving away.
We’d like it for a weekend. Any ideas?

We can go about an hour and a half outside buffalo.
Canada is not as much of a possibilty but is considered.

Looked at a couple places close to 45 a person for 28 people. This is reasonable so if anyone has space we’d be looking to pay around that.
