Yes, you can use the 90hp jets just the same. But the motor should have no problem handling a 125 shot, so use it.
I’d personally go with a dry kit… heard way too many horror stories with wet kits and backfires to never touch it unless it was on a garage queen (aka not a DD)
It would be okay if the kit included a carb plate: “Powershot Nitrous System Universal w/o Injector Plate 4 bbl w/10 lb. Bottle”
