yeah… you don’t want to powder coat an IC.
now just getting radiator paint and spraying it is a good idea. too thick of paint will kill cooling.
getting your stockers chromed will cost you about 200 a wheel (probably more, it was 200 each for 15 inch wheels)… you could find a nice set of 17’s possibly even 18’s for that.
